International Women's Day Yoga Fundraiser at 10XTO

A group of people doing yoga

Please join us for 10XTO's third annual International Women's Day fundraiser as we flow for our sisters with 100% of the proceeds being donated to Ernestine's Women's Shelter. The event will start with a 45-minute Vinyasa class as we take over our world-class tennis courts, encased in glass.

Move seamlessly from pose to pose, building heat, flexibility, and focus. Whether you desire challenging yourself or finding inner peace, every breath will be a step towards growth.

All levels are welcome as we encourage you to show up, flow strong, and leave feeling empowered! Participants will then be guided through a breathwork and singing bowl sound bath. Let's immerse ourselves in the soothing vibrations of a singing bowl sound bath, paired with guided breathwork to calm the mind and restore balance. Let the resonant tones wash over you, releasing tension and inviting deep relaxation.

We encourage all participants to bring comfortable and warm clothing for this portion of the class. BYOE - mat, water bottle and towel.
